We feel in any trade, honesty and integrity should be the priority, not just monetary gain. Our company is currently completely debt free, and we plan to remain this way to the best of our ability. This puts less pressure on us to just sell equipment to make more money. We would rather prioritize meeting your needs in whatever the most efficient way possible is, not what lines our pockets the most. It is all too common that a paying customer can be either taken advantage of by a dishonest contractor, or done wrong by a contractor's lack of knowledge or experience. That is why we currently off our "Free Second Opinion Service". If you are concerned about the honesty or quality of a diagnosis from another HVAC contractor, give us a call! If we come on site and find their diagnosis to be correct, there will be no charge from us. And if we find the diagnosis to be incorrect, we will be prepared to offer you a solution!
